How we handle your data
1. Who we are
EVERPEAX, [address], Lviv, Ukraine, company no. [-], is the controller of your personal data. Contact: everpeaxdev@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- From Discord sign-in: your Discord ID, username, avatar and email.
- From Google, GitHub or email sign-in: your account ID, name, avatar and email.
- If you connect Discord in Dashboard → Servers: the list of servers you own or manage (server ID and name) and the ones you pick for your plan. If you signed up with Google, GitHub or email, this also links your Discord account (its user ID) to your EVERPEAX account, so you can sign in with Discord too. We don't keep your Discord access token.
- With a paid plan: your Discord ID is used to give you the @Pro or @Studio role in our Discord server.
- When you buy a plan: Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, collects your payment and billing details - your card number never reaches us. We receive your subscription status, plan, renewal date and order email.
- What you send us: commission requests, tickets, reviews, comments.
- With your consent only: cookieless analytics.

3. Why we use it

4. Who we share it with
Only the services listed in our Cookie Policy and processor table - Discord, Google and GitHub (only if you sign in with them), Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record for plan purchases), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (human check on the server verification page), [storage], [error monitoring], [analytics]. We don't sell personal data.
5. Children
You must be 13 or older (or the minimum age to use Discord in your country). We don't knowingly collect data from younger children and delete it if we find out. Users who haven't confirmed they're adults get no analytics, marketing cookies or marketing email, and can't buy without a parent or guardian.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time - use the panel on this page or your dashboard. We reply within 30 days. Invoices are kept as tax law requires, with your account link removed.
